Porsche Financial Services realigns Management Board

Porsche Financial Services GmbH (PFS) is realigning its management structure. The current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Konrad Riedl will leave the company on July 1, 2026, after 36 years of service, and enter planned retirement. Michael Glinski will join the Management Board and has been appointed  Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Volker Reichhardt will remain Spokesman of the Management Board and will additionally assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

“We would like to thank Konrad Riedl for his many years of dedicated and successful service at Porsche. He has made a significant contribution to the development of the financial services business over the years,” says Dr Jochen Breckner, Member of the Executive Board for Finance and IT at Porsche AG. “Michael Glinski will enrich Porsche Financial Services with his extensive international experience. We wish him every success in his new role.”

Konrad Riedl joined Porsche AG in 1990 and held various senior management positions, including Managing Director roles in the US and Japan. In 2003, he  joined Porsche Financial Services as Chief Financial Officer. Michael Glinski is currently responsible for the German market at Porsche Financial Services in his role as General Representative. From 2018 to 2024, he served as CEO of Porsche Schweiz AG. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Porsche in France and at the company’s headquarters in Zuffenhausen. Volker Reichhardt has been serving as Spokesman of the Management Board of Porsche Financial Services since 2022.

Its portfolio also includes services for the exclusive brands Lamborghini, Bentley, and Bugatti.
